  1. What is Auto Renewal?

    Auto Renewal is a convenient way to renew your membership before it expires on an annual basis. By selecting the “opt in” feature, you give permission for the credit card you provide to be charged automatically on the date of your renewal.

  2. How do I sign up for Auto Renewal?

    You can sign up for Auto Renewal by clicking on the Manage Auto Renewal tab in the My Accounts section of the site and following the directions. You will receive a confirmation email when you successfully set up Auto Renewal.

    You can also sign up for Auto Renewal by completing the payment slip on your renewal notice and selecting the Auto Renewal box when returning your payment to Travel Megastore.

  3. Could my renewal/access fee change from year to year?

    No. By opting into the Auto Renewal program, your fee will be locked and will remain the same while you are opted in. If you choose to opt out of Auto Renewal at anytime, the renewal/access fee could be subject to change.

  4. Can I opt out of Auto Renewal?

    You can opt out from Auto Renewal by going to the Manage Auto Renewal tab in the My Accounts Section.

  5. Will I receive notification before my credit card is charged for the renewal fee?

    Notice of renewal term will be sent to the email address provided 30 days before your credit card will be charged through Auto Renewal.

  6. How long will Auto Renewal be in affect?

    Auto Renewal will remain in place for as long as you are an active member. If you wish to change your settings for Auto Renew, please visit the Manage Auto Renewal tab in the My Accounts Section.

  7. Will I be charged any additional fees for using Auto Renewal services?

    Never! This is a free services offered to members. You will only be charged the fee for your renewal.

  8. How can I change the credit card that is being used for Auto Renewal?

    You can manage the credit card on file by going to the Manage Auto Renewal tab in the My Accounts Section.

  9. What happens if my credit card on file is expired/cancelled/declined?

    If the charge fails for any reason, you will receive an email notification that payment was not made.

  10. If my payment fails, can I still access my account?

    If payment is not received by the expiration date, you will not be able to access your account until the renewal fee has been paid.

As a member of Travel Megastore, you have the option to apply all of the reward credits that you've accumulated over the course of the year towards your annual renewal. You've earned those reward credits by traveling and we want to offer you the opportunity to use those reward credits towards the continuation of your travel membership.

1. When will my reward credits be applied towards my auto renewal?

Reward credits will be deducted from your account and applied towards your renewal on the date of your auto renewal.

2. How many reward credits will be applied towards my auto renewal?

At the time of your auto renewal, our system will determine the number of active reward credits on your account. If the amount is less than the price of your renewal, we will deduct all reward credits and charge your preferred credit card for the remaining amount.

If the amount is greater than the price of your renewal, we will deduct only enough to cover the price of your renewal and no charge will be made to your credit card.

3. How will I be notified of any reward credits deducted from my account?

Once your account is successfully auto-renewed, we will send an email detailing the amount of reward credits deducted from your account, as well as the amount that was charged to your credit card.

4. What should I do if I no longer want to apply my reward credits towards my annual renewals?

You can easily opt out at anytime by visiting the Manage Auto Renewal page in your Account and deselecting the check-box next to "I would like for my reward credits to be depleted first." Then, simply save your Auto Renewal preferences.

In the event Travel Megastore is informed that your travel reservation has become unavailable, Travel Megastore reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements, which may require additional fees, or provide you a full refund for the total monies paid to Travel Megastore for the unavailable reservation excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications. Chargeback Policy

By making a booking on the Travel Megastore online payment platform, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, along with this Chargeback Policy.

Chargebacks occur when your credit card provider requests that Travel Megastore returns monies on a transaction which you dispute or claim is fraudulent.

Travel Megastore recognizes that chargebacks can happen for a variety of valid reasons. However, if you make a credit card payment through Travel Megastore in respect of a booking, and you later dispute this legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit (in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, we may take steps to recover any charges resulting from such an unmerited chargeback from you directly. Unmerited chargebacks include but are not limited to: disputing a charge made in accordance with the Cancellation policy; disputing a charge made in respect of the rental in which you fail to make reasonable efforts to work with the Travel Megastore or rental provider to resolve any issues; or requesting a chargeback without a legitimate reason and/or failing to provide any supporting information in respect of the chargeback to allow those parties from which the chargeback is requested to assess the basis of the chargeback request.

Travel Megastore takes a zero tolerance approach to chargeback fraud. Furthermore, in the event of any unmerited chargeback requests, we reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to us, including using a third-party debt collection agency, or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to you in such circumstances.
